Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites bids from eligible contractors for renovation work at its Hafeez Center Branch in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement following PPRA rules. The estimated project cost is Rs. 161,046, and the scope includes construction and renovation of the bank building with technical specifications and warranty period support as detailed in the tender documents. The project location is Lahore, and all work must be completed within 45 days of issuance of the purchase order.
Eligible bidders must submit bids in Pakistani Rupees only and must comply fully with all bidding documents and specifications; alternative bids will not be considered. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,220.92) must be paid or submitted through 1-links or bank guarantee digitally via generated PSID Number in favor of The Bank of Punjab on or before 4 August 2026 by 11:00 am. All quoted prices must include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax, and bids without such taxes will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents may be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System only until 4 August 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 am.
