Description / Scope of Work
District Council Bahawalpur invites electronic bids for the construction of soling and culvert infrastructure across two separate schemes in Tehsil Yazman, Punjab. Work 1 comprises construction of soling and culvert at Chak 61/DB with an estimated cost of PKR 9,900,000, while Work 2 involves identical construction activities at Chak 59/DB with the same estimated cost of PKR 9,900,000. Both schemes are located in the Bahawalpur district and represent critical infrastructure development projects for rural connectivity and drainage management in the Yazman area.
Bidders must be firms or companies engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. All e-bids must be accompanied by a fixed bid security of PKR 495,000 per scheme in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order made payable to District Council Bahawalpur. Bidders should possess appropriate registration credentials from relevant regulatory bodies to establish eligibility for participation.
Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 6th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in a clearly marked envelope at the Procurement Office, District Officer (I&S), Railway Road Near Welcome Chowk, Bahawalpur, before the e-bid submission deadline.
