The Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for multiple urban development projects including uplift and beautification activities, infrastructure improvements, and the supply and fixing of street lights. The works cover various areas within Peshawar City, including Danish Abad, Rahat Abad, Tehkal, Hassan Ghari, Faqir Abad, and Nauthiya Jadeed. Bidding is based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) and Non-MRS items using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), enlisted with the C&W Department for the current financial year, and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
