Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals from eligible international consultants for design review services related to the Lahore Creative Media and Production Hub project in Punjab, Pakistan. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPRA Rules 2014. The estimated contract value is PKR 175 Million, with a scope as detailed in the RFP document. The project is aimed at establishing a creative media and production facility in Lahore, representing a significant infrastructure development initiative for the region.
All interested consultants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. Bidders are required to obtain the complete RFP document and NIT Notice, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions, from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at pp.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.org.pk/Verification.aspx. The bid security and other financial requirements are to be provided as per the RFP specifications. Open competitive bidding will be employed, and bidders must ensure compliance with all PPRA Rules 2014 regulations.
Technical and financial proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 22nd September 2024 at 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. No bids received through alternative channels will be considered.
