Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development Department (LG&RDD) Ghazi, Haripur, invites sealed tenders for the provision of water supply and sanitation infrastructure in Tehsil Ghazi. This project is based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and Non-MRS items, with an estimated cost of PKR 18.00 million. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure conducted through the KP PPRA EPADS portal. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Communication & Works (C&W) Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and maintain an active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 13 May 2026, accompanied by a 2% bid security and a 0.03% tender fee."
