Description / Scope of Work
The Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Shah Alam, District Peshawar, invites sealed tenders for multiple rural infrastructure and beautification projects. The scope includes 'Uplift / Beautification Activities & Improvement of Infrastructure' in areas such as Mathra, Chagharmati, Mamu Khatki, Haryana, Jugani, Kafoor Dheri, Kaniza, Panam Dheri, Ghari Sherdad, Patwar Bala, Hassan Garhi, Larama, and Takhtabad. These projects are based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) and Non-MRS items with estimated costs of PKR 50.00 million per work. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure conducted via the EPADS portal. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), enlisted with the C&W Department for the current financial year, and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically, accompanied by a 2% bid security (PKR 1,000,000) for each respective work."
