For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PCB seeks prequalified event management contractors for a nine-month portfolio spanning PSL, international bilaterals and domestic cricket non-cricketing ceremonies and activations.
Scale suggests significant annual value across multiple high-visibility events. Critical requirement: active FBR taxpayer registration mandatory; proposal submission deadline recently moved to 22 September 2026. No bid security amount specified in notice—full PQD essential before bidding. This is a framework-style engagement with recurring potential rather than single event.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as active taxpayers. Typically, parties should hold valid NTN (National Tax Number) and be in good standing with FBR. No PEC category or specific industry registration mentioned; registration with relevant professional bodies for event management is typical industry practice.
