For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
KPT is leasing a 2107 sq m plot in Keamari for marquee operations over 25 years — a long-term concession requiring substantial upfront security (Rs.
2.43 million) and government tax compliance. The tender is open only to E-PADS-registered entities; a pre-bid meeting precedes submission, suggesting formal documentation requirements. KPT employee discounts (Rs. 10,000) and family-use restrictions indicate mixed commercial and institutional use expectations. This is a single-award, long-term lease rather than a service contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on E-PADS 2.0 platform. The notice does not specify PEC category or SECP/NTN requirements explicitly; typically, commercial lessees for government property must hold valid business registration (SECP or sole proprietor NTN), valid CNIC/SNIC, and tax clearance. Foreign bidders' eligibility is not addressed.
