Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites pre-qualification proposals from well-reputed, experienced and professional catering entities for the provision of premium catering services from September 2026 to August 2029. The procurement is open to organisations registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintaining active taxpayer status. Bidders must submit sealed proposals in hard copy format accompanied by electronic submission via email to the Procurement Department at Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, Punjab. The scope encompasses three years of catering service delivery to support the board's events, matches and operational requirements across Pakistan.
Eligible applicants must be registered with Pakistan's Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active taxpayer status at the time of submission. The pre-qualification document contains detailed eligibility criteria, technical specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation methodology. Bidders are required to submit proposals strictly in accordance with instructions provided in the Pre-Qualification Document, which can be obtained by contacting the Procurement Department via email.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender title by 1:00 PM on 24 September 2026; the same proposals will be opened publicly at 3:00 PM on the same date. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 to address any disputes.
