Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites pre-qualification proposals from well-reputed, experienced and professional entities for the provision of fireworks services over a three-year period from September 2026 to August 2029. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active taxpayer status. The service contract covers fireworks displays at PCB venues and cricket events held in Punjab, Pakistan. Interested entities are invited to obtain the detailed Pre-Qualification Document containing specific requirements, terms and conditions by contacting the PCB Procurement Department via email.
Eligible bidders must be registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status throughout the procurement process. The PCB requires bidders to submit proposals in a sealed hard-copy envelope clearly marked with the tender title, accompanied by corresponding email submission. Detailed eligibility criteria, bid security requirements, technical specifications and financial terms are outlined in the Pre-Qualification Document available from the PCB.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed hard copy format and via email to the PCB Procurement Department at Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, by 12:00 PM on 24th September 2026. The same proposals will be opened publicly at 12:30 PM on the same day. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 to address disputes. The PCB reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject any proposals at its discretion.
