Description / Scope of Work
This tender invites applications for the provision of unit furniture against draft for Garrison Headquarters Pano Aqil, issued by HQ 5 Corps under Job Number 1605 of 2026-27. The estimated contract value is Rs 1,351,561, with a completion period of one month. The work is to be executed in Sindh, with applications being invited from contractors and firms borne on the approved list of the QMG Furniture Organization. The scope encompasses the supply and installation of furniture items as per specifications and drawings for the garrison facility.
Eligibility is restricted to contractors and manufacturers on the approved list of the Central, Provincial, PWD, and Railway authorities who possess a broad-based manufacturing setup. Applicants must submit Rs 500 as earnest money in the form of a Treasury Challan for each tender submission. Proof of approval status and detailed documentation of furniture work completed during the preceding two years must accompany all applications. Only complete applications meeting all requirements will be entertained; incomplete submissions will be rejected without consideration.
