Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for two key packages: the hiring of excavator machines and dumpers on a rental basis for Eid-ul-Azha Operations 2026 (Estimated Cost: PKR 1,473,208) and the one-time clearing of old dumps and desilting of drains (Estimated Cost: PKR 3,500,000). The procurement follows the Single-Stage One-Envelope method and item rate procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), hold valid NTN and STRN registrations with FBR Active Taxpayer status, and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 30, 2026. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 11:30 AM on 08 May 2026, accompanied by a 2% bid security."
