Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore, operating under the Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites sealed bids from registered suppliers, contractors and companies for the provision and fixing of electric items at Tanki No 3 located in Kahna Sub Division, WASA Lahore. This tender, referenced as XEN(O&M-I) N.T/2026-27/02, covers electrical installation and maintenance work with an approved estimated cost of Rs 665,225. The work falls under the Operations and Maintenance Division of Nishter Town and is situated in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders must maintain active registration with FBIR and PRA, possess a valid professional tax certificate from the Excise and Taxation Department for the year 2026-27, and hold ISO 45001-2018 certification for safety precautionary measures. The digital bid security or e-Bid Security is fixed at 5 percent of the estimated cost, calculated as Rs 33,194.72. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be adopted, and all bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 23-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
