Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH) in Lahore, under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of security services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be legally registered entities with active NTN and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registrations. Requirements include valid licenses from the Home Department (Punjab) as a security service provider, PTA licenses for walkie-talkie operations, and registrations with EOBI and PESSI/IESSI. Bidders must not be blacklisted and are required to provide audited financial statements and proof of human resource strength. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 10:30 AM on 09 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day."
