Description / Scope of Work
Abbottabad University of Science & Technology invites sealed bids from reputable contractors, firms and individuals for the management and operation of photostate shops, food stalls, food corner and tuck shop on campus. The tender is issued under a single stage, single envelope procedure and is advertised through the KP-EPADS portal. Bidders must be Pakistani CNIC holders and maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA). The procurement is located at the university's main campus on Captain Akash Rabbani Shaheed Road in Havelian, Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistani national identity cards and demonstrate current registration on the active taxpayer lists of both FBR and KPPRA. Bidders are required to submit a certified demand draft or bank challan as bid security in favour of the Treasurer AUST. The bidding documents, available at the Procurement Section during office hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on working days), cost Rs. 2,000 as non-refundable stationery charges. Alternatively, documents may be downloaded from the KPPRA website at no charge.
Complete sealed tender submissions, including all required documentation and bid security, must reach the Procurement Section, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology by 12:00 PM on 24 September 2026. Tender opening will occur at 12:30 PM on the same date in the Vice Chancellor's office meeting room, with bidders and their representatives invited to attend.
