Construction of Residential Flats for Lower Staff at Central Prison Hyderabad

Bidders must possess a valid copy of CNIC for proprietor or partners, valid PEC registration up to June 2027 with relevant specialization codes, and active taxpayer status with either the Federal Board of Revenue or Sindh Revenue Board. Bidders must submit proof of executing similar works of at least 80 percent estimated cost or two works each of 50 percent estimated cost during the last five years. A valid Labour Registration Certificate and bank statements demonstrating 20 percent of estimated scheme cost as available balance are mandatory. The bid security should be in the form of Call Deposit only, issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity date.

Bidding documents can be accessed and downloaded from the SPPRA website at http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk from the publication date until the closing date. Sealed bids must be submitted through E-PAD System before 25 September 2026 at 09:15 AM along with tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) as Pay Order and mandatory documents. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 09:45 AM at the office of Project Director, PMU Prison Department Sindh, Camp Office Central Prison Karachi. In case tenders are not responded by the initial date, the next submission deadline is 12 October 2026 till 09:15 AM with bid opening at 09:45 AM the same day. Bid validity period is 90 days.
