Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation, piping integration, testing and commissioning of one complete compressed-air package comprising a variable-speed, oil-injected rotary screw air compressor of minimum 37 kW power and 130 litres per second Free Air Delivery at 7 bar(e), a refrigerant-type compressed air dryer sized to full compressor output, and combined pre- and post-filtration assembly. The package is required for the Lubricants Manufacturing Plant A (LMP-A) in Karachi, Sindh, to supply clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to lubricant filling machines, pneumatic equipment and boiler. The scope includes complete supply and installation with stainless-steel piping, valves, fittings, all mechanical and electrical works, foundation/anchoring, Site Acceptance Test support, operator and maintenance training, technical documentation and manufacturer's warranty.
The compressor must feature genuine OEM-integrated Variable Speed Drive technology with flow turndown minimum 20–100% of rated capacity, direct-drive configuration without gearbox or belt, oil-cooled motor with IP66 or better protection, IE5 efficiency per IEC 60034-30-1, integrated air/oil separator with thermostatic bypass valve, advanced graphic touch-screen controller with IoT remote monitoring capability, and maximum noise level of 67 dB(A) measured at 1 metre per ISO 2151:2004. Working pressure minimum 13 bar(e); bidders must submit full FAD performance curves and OEM certification documents substantiating all compliance claims against a detailed Technical Compliance Sheet.
Quotation deadline is 25 September 2026 by 2:15 PM. Bidders must quote comprehensive unit price including all supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training and warranty.
