Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Thall, Hangu invites sealed tenders for the supply and installation of high-efficiency solar power systems at the TMA office complex. The project scope includes the provision of monocrystalline solar panels, hybrid inverters, and long-life battery storage solutions to ensure sustainable energy operations for local government services. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and maintain an active status on the KPPRA and FBR active taxpayer lists. This procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules. Technical and financial proposals, accompanied by the required bid security, must be submitted to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer in Thall by the closing date of 12 May 2026.
