The Minorities Affairs Department in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of high-quality IT equipment and office furniture to support departmental operations. The scope of supply includes computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and ergonomic office furniture sets as per the detailed specifications mentioned in the tender documents. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and SRB, and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Interested firms can obtain the bidding documents from the office of the Section Officer (Admn) upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026, which will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
