Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from interested firms, dealerships and workshops for establishment of Framework Agreement(s) under Rules 15, 16 and 16A of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The pre-qualification seeks to establish recurrent repair and maintenance service providers for machinery equipment, furniture and fixtures, hardware items and IT equipment at the Islamabad Custom House. This is a framework arrangement for ongoing services to be called upon as required, covering diagnostic support, parts replacement, warranty management and emergency response capabilities outside normal working hours where operationally necessary.
Eligible applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and proven capability in repair and maintenance services for the specified equipment categories. Firms must possess adequate qualified technical personnel, appropriate machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment and workshop facilities with sufficient space for inspections and repairs. Applicants are required to hold valid NTN and STRN/GST registration and provide an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any Federal or Provincial Government department or public sector organization. Bidders must also demonstrate access to genuine or quality-assured parts and consumables meeting procurement specifications. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to physically inspect applicant workshops, equipment and technical staff as part of the evaluation process.
Interested firms with valid NTN/STRN registration must submit applications through ePADS 2.0 by 12:00 p.m. on 28 September 2026, with applications opened at 12:30 p.m. the same day at the Custom House, Islamabad (4th Floor). A bid security or earnest money deposit of Rs. 200,000/- must accompany each application as a call deposit or pay order in favour of the Deputy Collector (HQs), Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports).
