This tender invites sealed bids for the supply of spare parts and consumable items for various IT equipment during the Financial Year 2026-2027 in Punjab. The procurement covers spare parts for personal computers, laptops, LCD monitors, LED displays, UPS systems, printers (both color and black), webcams, IP intercom phones, multimedia projectors, drone cameras, biometric devices, scanners, and consumable items including solder wire, CMOS cells, silicon oil, processor paste, insulation sleeves, RJ45 components, capacitors, FETs, transistors, and integrated circuits. The organization reserves the right to purchase items on monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as per operational requirements throughout the financial year. Equipment models from leading manufacturers including HP, Dell, Fujitsu, Lenovo, Acer, BenQ, Epson, and others are specified in the detailed schedule.
Bidders must enclose an earnest money deposit (CDR) equivalent to three percent of the total tender value as a pay order in favor of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer. Successful bidders' earnest money will be retained as security deposit throughout the contract period. All quotations must include GST and applicable taxes valid until 30th June 2027. Bidders are required to provide GST Number, Registration Certificate, Vendor Number, National Tax Number, and Professional Tax credentials with their bids. Additionally, an undertaking must be submitted confirming that all quoted articles are of best quality and the firm has never been blacklisted. Firms must be prepared to provide samples of articles mentioned in each lot at their own expense on short notice.
Bid documents should include quoted rates for all items as mentioned in the schedule. Used spare parts carry a warranty of 7 to 15 days, while new spare parts are covered under one-year or relevant manufacturer warranty policy. The organization reserves the right to vary quantities according to actual operational needs. Substandard articles provided during the contract period will result in deductions from the security deposit, and legal action may be initiated for non-compliance.
