Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) in Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for the shifting of guy wire foundations of a microwave tower at the 220 KV Grid Station Sangjani. This essential infrastructure relocation is necessitated by the passage of the Margalla Link Road connecting GT Road (N-5) to the Motorway M-1. The scope of work includes the technical demolition, relocation, and reconstruction of guy wire foundations to ensure the structural integrity and stability of the microwave tower while accommodating the new road alignment. Eligible engineering firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and maintain active taxpayer status with both Federal and Provincial revenue authorities. Procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested contractors must submit their technical and financial proposals along with the required bid security by 11:00 AM on 06 May 2026."
