The Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of genuine spare parts for its fleet of operational vehicles. The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of high-quality mechanical, electrical, and engine components required to maintain the company’s waste collection and disposal machinery. This procurement is essential for ensuring the continuous operation of the city's sanitation fleet and minimizing vehicle downtime. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed suppliers or authorized dealers registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR and PRA) and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, requiring the submission of technical and financial proposals together. Interested parties can obtain the comprehensive bidding documents from the BWMC head office or via the official procurement portal. All bids must be accompanied by a 3% bid security and submitted by the deadline of 14 May 2026."
