Description / Scope of Work
The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Islamabad, invites prequalification applications from established automobile workshops, firms and dealerships for repair and maintenance services of CCRA vehicles and bikes along with supply of spare parts. The engagement will be conducted through an open framework agreement for a period of three years. Applicants must be well-established, reputed and experienced parties registered with the Sales Tax Department and Income Tax Department. Prequalification documents are available for download from the websites of PPRA at www.ppra.gov.pk and CCRA at www.ccra.gov.pk. The scope includes comprehensive repair, maintenance and spare parts supply services for the Authority's vehicle and motorcycle fleet based in Islamabad.
Eligibility is limited to parties with current registration under the Sales Tax Department and Income Tax Department of Pakistan, demonstrating operational experience in automobile repair and maintenance services. Applicants must submit completed prequalification documents prepared in strict accordance with instructions provided in the tender documents. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance, as per Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
Applications must be submitted to the Director or Chief of Staff (Ops/Lic/Vigilance) at CCRA Headquarters, 25-A, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad on or before 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of available bidders. If the opening date falls on a gazetted holiday, applications will be opened on the next working day.
