Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Chief Collector of Customs (Appraisement), Balochistan in Quetta invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stationary and computer stationary items, as well as the repair of transport vehicles for the financial year 2025-26. The project scope includes the supply of general office stationery valued at PKR 727,609 and computer-related consumables valued at PKR 768,752. Additionally, the department seeks pre-qualification of workshops for the repair and maintenance of official transport with an estimated budget of PKR 1,448,882. Interested firms must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Chief Accounts Officer at Custom House, Quetta, or downloaded via the EPADS website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted by the closing date of 12 May 2026."
