The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, on behalf of the Suthra Punjab Authority, invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of comprehensive solid waste management services. This significant four-year project, which is extendable for another two years, covers both rural and urban areas of Tehsil Mandi Bahauddin and includes the utilization of available resources to ensure efficient sanitation and waste disposal. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with a least cost selection method conducted via the EPADS system. Eligible bidders and Joint Ventures must submit a bid security of PKR 79.04 million against an estimated project price of PKR 7,504 million. Detailed bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS portals. Interested firms are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on May 04, 2026, and must submit their online proposals through the EPADS Punjab website by 1400 hours on 12 May 2026."
