Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy's PNS IQBAL at PN Dockyard, West Wharf Road Karachi, invites sealed quotations from GST, SST and Income Tax registered firms for the provision of Conservancy Services during Financial Year 2026-27. The contract covers garbage collection using dedicated truck with driver and labour, sweeping and cleaning of all areas within PNS IQBAL Area of Responsibility and designated dumping sites, provision of lime powder spraying and anti-bacterial flying mosquito and crawling insect sprays after cleaning operations, and supply of garbage bags for solid waste collection. Services are to be delivered on an as-and-when-required basis throughout the financial year.
Eligible bidders must be well reputed, experienced, financially sound contractors with valid GST registration, SST registration and Income Tax registration with Pakistan Navy. Sealed bids must be submitted at PNS IQBAL Guard Room. The successful bidder must deposit 5% of the total contract amount as refundable security deposit in the form of pay order or bank guarantee. The Commanding Officer reserves discretion to accept or reject any quotation or invite fresh bids.
Tender documents may be obtained from the Store Office upon submission of photocopies of GST and NTN certificates along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000. All quotations will be opened on 28 September 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of firm representatives at the President of Local Purchase Committee's office, and the lowest technically accepted bid shall be selected.
