For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC seeks workshop consumables under ePADS v2.0 (single-stage, least-cost selection).
Scale appears small-to-medium; typical recurring procurement for operational spares/supplies. Tight deadline (Sept 29, 2026) and e-bid-only submission via portal eliminates manual submission—digital infrastructure essential. FY2026-27 budgeted allocation suggests modest but predictable volumes; likely repeat tenders annually. Bidders must pre-register ePADS and familiarize with portal mechanics before closing.
Who can bid: All bidders eligible per notice. Typically required: NTN, active SECP registration (if company), valid business license, ePADS v2.0 registration mandatory. For consumables (non-construction), PEC membership unlikely required. Bid security format specified in documents (amount not disclosed in summary). Check ePADS portal for sector-specific restrictions.
