The scope combines major items—ballistic steel, armored glass, suspension kits, run-flat inserts—with extensive fastening and electrical kit components, suggesting either in-house assembly capability or partnership with an armoring specialist. Delivery is rapid (30 days post-contract), indicating pre-fabrication planning. The detailed kit-item breakdown suggests HIT may be performing final assembly, making this attractive to integrated suppliers or specialized importers with OEM relationships. Three years of documented experience with government or semi-government organizations is explicitly required. Firms must not be defaulters or blacklisted by any government entity.
