For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Major renovation contract for a banking premise's lower ground floor in Multan.

Single-stage sealed bidding means technical and financial proposals submitted together. The project scope involves refurbishment rather than new construction, likely requiring MEP coordination, finishes expertise, and compliance with banking security standards. October 2026 closing indicates moderate preparation time. NBP typically enforces strict quality and schedule controls on main branch projects; past experience with similar institutional projects is likely a key evaluation factor.

Who can bid: Bidders typically require PEC registration in relevant construction category, valid NTN from FBR, and SECP registration. Evidence of past experience in similar renovation works required. No consortium restrictions mentioned; single entity or joint venture both appear permissible unless clarified in detailed bid data sheet. Foreign firms must comply with State Bank of Pakistan and FBR requirements.
