Description / Scope of Work
Services Hospital, Lahore invites sealed bids for one-time repair of the HVAC system with replacement of all defective parts, combined with an annual maintenance, repair and operation contract for the HVAC system installed in the New OPD Block of the hospital during the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive repair services, identification and replacement of defective components, preventive and routine maintenance, emergency repairs, daily operational checks, and management oversight of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning infrastructure serving the outpatient department facility. The contract is located in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must meet the procurement agency's qualification standards as outlined in the bidding documents and must demonstrate technical capability and experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, along with documentation establishing their eligibility, professional qualifications, relevant experience, and compliance with applicable tax and wage requirements. All bids must comply with the minimum wage rates and applicable taxes as mandated by Pakistani law.
