Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment, specifically centrifuge machines (Package No. 19, Lot-D) on DAP (Delivered at Place) basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research in Lahore. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process conducted entirely through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The contract encompasses full lifecycle management including supply of equipment, on-site installation, commissioning services and ongoing maintenance support for the cancer research facility.
Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk to participate. All lots and all items within lots must be quoted by participating firms; any bidder not quoting the complete package will be disqualified. A bid security is required (amount specified in Annex-I of the tender document) with scanned copies to be uploaded alongside the technical bid. The evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the whole package including all items across all lots.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 15:30 HRS PST on 28th September 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 16:00 HRS PST at the IDAP Committee Room, Ground Floor, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and administered by the General Manager, Healthcare Projects-II at IDAP.
