Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of syringe pumps and infusion pumps (Package No. 16, Lot-B) on Delivered at Place (DAP) basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore. This procurement encompasses all items within the specified lot and must include quotations for all lots and items without exception. The project is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure, with evaluation based on the entire package including all items across all lots.
Participating bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. A bid security amount as stipulated in Annex-I must be furnished in Pakistani Rupees, with scanned copies to be uploaded alongside the technical bid. Bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated in the RFP document and the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. The bidding process is governed by Punjab Procurement Act 2009, Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and all amendments issued by the Government of the Punjab to date.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 15:00 hours PST on 28th September 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 hours PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend. Electronic RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. In case of a government holiday, bid submission and opening will occur on the next working day at the same time.
