District Council Toba Tek Singh invites sealed electronic bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for three infrastructure development schemes valued at approximately Rs. 25.2 million. The works comprise rehabilitation and construction of a Sullage Carrier Culvert (Chak No. 393/JB Shan Pur Toba Tek Singh, estimated cost Rs. 4.5 million), rehabilitation and construction of a Boundary Wall (Chak No. 296/GB Toba Tek Singh, estimated cost Rs. 14.2 million), and Lane Marking with Thermoplastic Paint on various district roads (estimated cost Rs. 5.7 million). Contractors and firms intending to bid must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes. Bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees are not acceptable per government directive SO(I&C-1)5-4/2024 dated 19.05.2026. If the lowest bidder's quoted rate exceeds five percent below estimated cost, additional Performance Security must be deposited.

Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk) by 30 September 2026 at 1:30 PM, with opening scheduled for 2:00 PM the same day. Bidders are strongly advised to upload bids well before the deadline. Queries and bid retrieval may be directed to the Procurement Office, District Council Toba Tek Singh. The procurement authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35.
