For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IESCO is procuring a T-82 CT/PT Analyzer, specialized electrical testing equipment for a national utility.
The tender employs a two-envelope competitive process. The closing date (29 September 2026) appears distant, allowing adequate preparation time. No contract value is stated in the document header, suggesting either a standard commodity or that pricing is to be determined through bidding. Suppliers must demonstrate prior experience with similar electrical diagnostic equipment and maintain sound financial standing. This appears to be a one-off equipment acquisition rather than a framework arrangement.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with SECP or equivalent national authority; hold valid business registration; provide audited financial statements; demonstrate past experience with CT/PT analyzer or similar electrical testing equipment supply; meet minimum average annual turnover criteria (specific threshold not stated but typically PKR 5–20 million for equipment procurement); and sign the mandatory Integrity Pact. No PEC category applies (goods, not construction). Foreign bidders may be eligible under national procurement rules.
