Description / Scope of Work
The Armed Forces Institute of Ophthalmology Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from authorized local distributors and suppliers for the procurement of ophthalmic medicines, disposables and implants required for all combined military hospitals during the financial year 2026-2027. This is a close frame work agreement covering the supply of essential ophthalmic medical consumables and implantable devices to support the healthcare operations of military medical facilities across the country. The tender is available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk for transparency and wider participation. Bidders must be registered with the GHQ Rawalpindi and hold valid authorized dealer licenses from regulatory authorities to be eligible for participation. Only distributors and suppliers meeting the registration requirements set by GHQ Rawalpindi should apply. Contract documents comprising prescribed forms, detailed conditions of contract and agreement terms can be obtained from the Officer Incharge Medical Stores at the institute during office hours on any working day upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Sealed quotations marked clearly on the envelope as Quotations for Ophthalmic Medicines, Disposables and Implant must reach the undersigned by 1400 hours on 06 October 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours at the specified location in the presence of intending bidders or their authorized representatives.
