Tehsil Municipal Administration Jamrud invites electronic bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for the Multi Sectoral Development Package for Jamrud under ADP No.261159. The tender comprises eight schemes for solarization of mosques and madrassas across various areas of Tehsil Jamrud in District Khyber, with a combined project value of approximately PKR 150 million. Individual scheme costs range from PKR 18 to 19 million, covering solarization installations at locations including Shahkas-1, Shahkas-2, Shahkas-3, Shahkas-4, Shahkas-5, Town-1 through Town-8, Sur-Kamar, and surrounding villages. The procurement is being conducted on a single-stage two-envelope basis in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014, inviting bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 and above and must be enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also hold valid KPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority) registration and NTN income tax certificates. A bid security of 2 percent of the scheme cost must be submitted as an original call deposit in the name of the TMO, TMA Jamrud from scheduled banks. Tender form documentation fees of PKR 5,400 to 5,700 (representing 0.03 percent of estimated cost) are non-refundable and must be submitted for each work scheme separately.

Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal with scanned copies, while original sealed bids containing financial and technical components must be submitted to the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Jamrud through registered courier service. Technical bids will be opened on 2 October 2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders, with financial bid opening scheduled after technical bid evaluation and approval by the competent authority.
