Description / Scope of Work
Islamia College Peshawar, a public sector university in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from well-established and reputed furniture manufacturer firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of tablet chairs for Islamia College for Girls. The tender is issued under reference IFB-No.06/2026-27 and shall be executed through open competitive bidding according to KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bid solicitation documents containing detailed bidding procedures, terms and conditions, scope of work and item specifications are available for download from the ePADS portal at http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The procurement involves furniture supply to an educational institution in Peshawar, with all applicable taxes to be included in quoted prices as per procurement rules.
Eligible bidders must be well-established furniture manufacturer firms registered with FBR and possess relevant credentials for furniture manufacturing and supply. Bidders are required to submit earnest money equal to 2 percent of the total bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Treasurer, Islamia College, Peshawar. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be deposited in Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Branch (Code 0317, Account No. 3007537138, IBAN PK21KHYB5317003007537138) or submitted as a bank draft prior to bid submission. Original CDR documentation must be physically submitted or sent via courier services by the bid submission deadline.
Bid documents must be submitted exclusively through the ePADS platform on or before 02:00 PM on September 30, 2026; no physical or alternative electronic submission will be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened on September 30, 2026 at 02:30 PM in the Video Conference Hall, Academic Block, Islamia College, Peshawar, in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
