Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the hiring of professional Call Center Services. The procurement is estimated at PKR 82.5 million and is intended to establish a robust customer support system for a period of three years. The scope of work includes managing inquiries related to land records, providing technical assistance to users, and ensuring high-quality communication standards. Bidding is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage Two Envelope method as prescribed under PPR-2014. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal, and manual, conditional, or postal tenders will not be accepted. A bid security of PKR 3,000,000 in the form of a bank guarantee, CDR, or Bank Draft must be uploaded to the portal and the original submitted to the PLRA head office in Lahore. All technical and financial proposals must be finalized and submitted online by 12:00 PM on 07 May 2026."
