IBA seeks five Adobe Creative Cloud annual licenses for internal marketing use.
This is a small-scale software procurement with a very tight three-day deadline (14–17 September 2026). The order appears one-off rather than recurring framework, though annual subscriptions suggest potential renewal cycles. Key challenge: extremely compressed submission window requires vendors to respond within 72 hours. No minimum bid security or performance guarantee mechanism is detailed, reducing barriers but also signalling low contract value. Likely suitable for local Adobe resellers familiar with Pakistani institutional procurement processes.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria. Typically, vendors must hold current NTN (National Tax Number) registration with FBR, maintain valid business registration with SECP, and provide evidence of authorization to distribute Adobe software in Pakistan. Some institutional buyers require ISO 9001 certification or equivalent quality assurance credentials.
