The Govt. Special Education Centre, Kot Sultan in Layyah District, Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students during the Financial Year 2026-27. The contract scope includes supply of one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student, with an estimated total cost of PKR 2,800,000. This is a Single Stage – Single Envelope procurement conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, open to firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax purposes.
Bidders must be registered suppliers on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) portal.
