The Director Health Services Karachi Division, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of medical equipment, machinery, medical gas pipelines, instruments, and furniture for various ADP schemes in Karachi. The project scope includes two major schemes: the establishment of a Medical Complex in Azad Nagar near Kathore, Super Highway (ADP No. 924) and the Up-gradation of Sindh Government Hospital Liaquatabad into a Mother and Child Health Care Center in Akhtar Colony (ADP No. 932). Eligible suppliers must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and SRB and must process their bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Tender documents with detailed specifications can be downloaded from the Sindh e-Procurement portal, with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026."
