GEPCO invites electronic bids for the procurement of 145kV Line Current Transformers (CTs) rated 1200-600-300/5-5-5-5A (5 units) and 145kV Voltage Transformers (PTs) with ratio 132kV/3.110-./3 single phase (8 units) for free delivery at GEPCO Warehouse Wazirabad in Punjab. The procurement is funded under GEPCO's FY 2026-27 budget allocation and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered or prequalified with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers or suppliers. A bid guarantee of PKR 0.800 million is required, and bidders must demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least PKR 31.5 million for the preceding three years. All bids must include valid type test reports from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023; undertakings to conduct fresh type tests will not be accepted. Bid prices must include GST and all applicable duties and taxes, and bids must remain valid for 150 days with bid guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before the tender opening date of 07 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Physical bid guarantees in original form must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with tender number and title before the e-bid submission deadline at the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU GEPCO, Gujranwala.
