Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office, Federal Board of Revenue, Faisalabad invites sealed bids for the supply of automotive parts and components for Suzuki Cultus vehicles manufactured between 2008 and 2016. The procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Lot 1 comprises thirteen line items including hood, front grille, bumpers, trunk lid, struts, hinges, mirrors, door handles, windshield, rear glass, and window regulators. All work must conform to approved specifications, brands and quality requirements. This is a one-time supply contract for the Faisalabad region in Punjab province.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must have relevant experience in repairing and supplying automotive items. A bid security of 3 percent of the total quoted bid amount is mandatory, to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt or bank draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Chairman Purchase Committee, Regional Tax Office, Faisalabad. Incomplete, unsigned, conditional bids or those without earnest money will be rejected.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through ePADS on or before the date and time specified in the Invitation to Bid. No manual or hard-copy submissions are accepted. Opening will occur on the stated date, time and venue in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Payment will be made through the District Account Office, Faisalabad after completion of repair work or supplies, verification by committee, submission of invoices and supporting documents, and clearance by 30 June 2026. Government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
