Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PAKRE), operating under the Ministry of Commerce, invites prequalification applications from international reinsurance brokers for establishment of an Open Framework Agreement. The procurement, identified as FFW9589, seeks to prequalify suppliers for subsequent invitation to bid and framework agreement execution. The framework agreement will facilitate on-demand supply of pre-qualification services for international reinsurance brokers to PRCL through call-off contracts during the agreement period of 36 months.
