Road Construction and Blacktopping Works by Communication & Works Department KPK

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-PADs (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for improvement, blacktopping and construction works on multiple road projects under the ADP Scheme 150803 (NTN-2025). Two projects are advertised: PCC Road Ser Teraj U/C Meragai Tehsil Chagharzi with an estimated cost of 5.65 million PKR and period of completion as per work order; and PCC Road Main Road Wacha Dara U/C Matswani Tehsil Gogra with an estimated cost of 4.37 million PKR. Eligible firms and contractors must register with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 Act No. XXV of 2013 and maintain valid PEC registration. All bidders are required to submit bid security in the amount of 22 percent of the engineer's estimate as per KPPRA notification vide No. S.R.O 9290/Vol.1-40/2025-25 dated 29/10/2025, with performance security as per SBDs. Bid documents may be obtained from the office on any working day or downloaded from the official E-PADS website, KPPRA website and C&W website before the submission deadline of 20 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically 30 minutes after the closing time in the presence of bidders and their representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division-II Buner. All bidders must submit complete bid security details including bank name and CDR numbers electronically along with the e-bid.
