Description / Scope of Work
The Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit (Private) Limited invites bids for a framework contract to hire vehicle services on a rental basis across Punjab under Procurement Reference No. UU/2026-27/02. This is a large-scale procurement structured as a single-stage two-envelope bidding process comprising thirty-two (32) lots with an estimated cumulative value of PKR 67,700,000 inclusive of all taxes. The largest lot (Lot 1) is valued at PKR 52,200,000, Lot 2 at PKR 10,500,000, and Lots 3 through 32 at PKR 166,666 each. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and managed through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligible bidders must be sole proprietors, firms, or companies registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Income Tax Department, and Punjab Sales Tax (PRA) Department. Bidders may participate for individual lots or all lots as preferred. Separate bid security must be submitted for each lot: 3 percent of the estimated amount for Lots 1 and 2, and 5 percent of the estimated amount for Lots 3 through 32. All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation.
