Description / Scope of Work
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO), through its Office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), Civil Works Division based at GEPCO R.O. Camping Ground, G.T. Road, Gujranwala, invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors and firms via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for two rate running contracts. The first contract covers renovation and maintenance of GEPCO buildings on an as-and-when-required basis, while the second contract addresses miscellaneous works relating to the provision and repair of water supply motors, turbines and related equipment, also on an as-and-when-required basis. Both contracts fall under the Civil Works Division of GEPCO and are valid for a period of one year from the date of award. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules and the detailed tender documents are available on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS v2.0 and meet the eligibility criteria detailed in the tender documents. Intending contractors are advised to contact the office of the Executive Engineer (Civil) during office hours on any working day before the closing date to obtain additional details regarding scope of work, specifications, eligibility requirements, tender forms and other relevant information. Conditional bids will not be accepted, and GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 29 September 2026 up to 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM.
