PASDEC seeks an experienced Legal Advisor on annual retainership contract with three separate fee components weighted 50% (monthly retainer), 25% (lower court cases), and 25% (high court cases).
Applicants must demonstrate minimum 10 years as company legal advisor and evidence of 100+ decided court cases. The Islamabad location requirement limits geographic competition. This appears to be a recurring annual contract potentially extendable, representing stable retainer income for an established corporate counsel with strong courtroom experience.
Who can bid: Applicants must be enrolled as Advocates of High Court, possess NTN and FBR Active Taxpayer (ATL) status, hold minimum 10 years experience as company legal advisor, have contended at least 100 decided court cases, and maintain office in Islamabad. Typically, government legal advisor appointments also require membership of the Pakistan Bar Council and clean professional conduct record.
