Framework contract for solar system supply and installation under a staff finance scheme with two-year validity and Rs.
5 million estimated value. Bidders must demonstrate equipment genuinely new and meet strict compliance requirements; refurbished goods will be forfeited without payment. The tight two-week delivery timeline per site and requirement for digital bid security submission via PSID indicate a structured, high-governance procurement. This is a recurring-use framework, not a single installation, suggesting multiple installations across BOP staff locations if approved.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state registration or licensing requirements. Typically, solar equipment suppliers and installers must possess relevant PEC registration if offering installation services, NTN tax registration with FBR, valid business registration with SECP, and preferably certification from a recognised solar industry body in Pakistan.
